We would like to invite all members of the public, to our grand bonfire and firework display.
We pride ourselves on our firework display which has been hosted on Malling Recreation Ground for over 25 years now.
By purchasing a wristband to our fire site, you can get up close to our display and the outstanding Tableau and Effigy which is expertly made by volunteers within the Society. Additionally, you get the full feel of the beauty of bonfire with an atmosphere that one can only describe as breath-taking with the Archbishops address and the bonfire, it really is not something that you can afford to miss.
Our Bonfire and Fireworks display costs in excess of £15,000 to put on. This year it has been really hard to raise enough money to cover our costs.
In previous years we have sold tickets to the Firesite. But we appreciate that everyone is struggling right now. So we have decided to return to a free to enter Firesite.
We didn't want to reduce the amount of fireworks we put up, so we thought we could try crowdfunding to help support the cost to run the Firesite.
All of your money will go towards this year’s Bonfire and Fireworks display.
If we manage to cover our costs, we will put any extra towards making next year’s display bigger and better.
